Hair length | color:longer than most of his gender, reaching just past his chin. It is originally brown, however at the time of his death he had recently dyed it black, so it remains like that. It used to be rather wavy, but it was straight at the time of death, making it stay that way.
Eye shape | color:october's eyes are a very light blue, which sometimes appear to change shade with his mood. when he is happy, they will be bright and piercing, and when he is upset, they will be almost grey.
Weight | height:115 lbs, which is far too skin for a boy of his height of 6,2
Disginiushing features:a birthmark in no particular shape on the back of his left leg, the scar left from the rock that ended his life on his forhead, usually hidden by his hair.
Face claim:alex mckee

Personality: living, october had always been a sweet kid. he had helped shovel snow off of his neighbours driveways for no payment, and he had been a kind babysitter to most of the children that lived in his small court. he had always tried his best in school, and while he didn't obtain straight A's, he managed to keep all his marks higher that a B. he was loyal to friends, and someone that you could always trust to have your back, or to keep a secret. he had seemed to be almost a perfect kid, even though his family lived in a rundown house in a not-so-nice area of town.
however, most of this changed when his parents won the lottery. he didn't have to work for money anymore, and he found himself getting bored. he began hanging out with the wrong crowd of people, and slowly he began becoming like them. his grades dropped, he began doing many different drugs as well as smoking, and he began doing dangerous things. he wasn't a sweet kid anymore, but one who was so silent, no one could really talk to him. he told people to leave him alone, and he withdrawled from contact with his family, only speaking to his group of friends. slowly, he started becoming moodier and angrier, and he picked fights with both students and teachers alike at his high school, which resulted in suspension. he had taken a u turn for the worst.
now, as a ghost, october doesn't know who he is. he is scared to move onto the other side and to face whatever is there with the crimes he commited with the gang he hung out with. he is guilty for making himself into such a horrible person before, but he doesn't know how to act now. mainly, he is still that quiet kid, who has a hidden temper. a small thing can set him off, and no one wants to be around when that happens. he can be quite scary when he is angry.

History: on september twenty-second at twelve fourty-one am, october phoenix was brought into the world. his parents, johanna quinn and robyn pierce, both aged twenty-one, were estatic. they had been dating for four years and were engaged at the time of their first child's birth. his name came from both of them, october because he was supposed to be born october first, phoenix because his father thought it was cool when he stumbled upon it in the unique section of the baby names in a book they had looked through together.
october grew up on a small court, where most of the families were not very rich. he was fine with that however. there were plenty of kids on the court, and it made a perfect street for when he eventually got a paper route. growing up, he had never really done anything special. he grew up living a normal life, with his most importabnt memories being his graduations, his highest achievements and the concerts he attended. it remained that way until he was fifteen years old, and his parents won a fifty million jackpot lottery.
they moved from their court to a large house on the other side of town, and october quit the job he had at wal-mart. at first he kept himself occupied, but without working he found that there was nothing to do, so he tried to make friends with the teenagers on his street. they took him in for a friendship, but it turned out that they were not the best people to be friends with. he began doing drugs, going to parties and having sex. his grades dropped, he became reserved and he shoplifted. he was a scary person to be around.
one of the groups favourite things to do was to perform daring acts. two days after his seventeenth birthday, october and the guys went to a lake, where there was a small cliff about as high as a high diving board. the guys jumped off of it, into the water below. when october dove, he aimed badly, and hit his head hard on a rock. he drowned, and in his fear to face hell because of his actions in the past two years, he returned as a ghost. now, all he feels is the guilt for becoming something terrible.

TO THE 2OTH CENTURY DEADLINE- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Since coming to Bellevue a few months ago with Vin, Delaney had been going to a different bar every other night. She would drink to her heart's content, make out with someone absolutely random, and then go home and spend the next two days sleeping off a hangover. Then, it would repeat and happen all over again. She never went to the same bar twice, in fear that she would meet up with a past hookup there, but not once had she even set foot in the one pub in Bellevue. She was surprised one even existed in this town, it was such a family orientated place. But, people had to get drunk somewhere. Bellevue residents must like alcohol just as much as the parents in California, who were alcoholics wh obeat their children. Everyone liked alcohol.
Most nights at the bar, Delaney would find someone to make out with at the very least. A girl, a guy, it didn't matter to her. If it ever went any farther than that, she went strictly for girls. Ever since Vinnie had told her she was pregnant, Delaney felt terrible having sex with boys. Afraid that she would get pregnant, and go through everything Vin went through. She didn't want to deal with having a baby on top of the problem of trying to get Vin to notice that she was downright in love with her. It would be too much stress for her to take.
When she entered the pub, she got a few looks. She usually did, because she wasn't an average preppy girl, and she wasn't pregnant like a good three quarters of the teenage girls in Bellevue. She walked towards the bar, sitting on a stool, not bothering to check who was around. She didn't start scouting until she had had at least two drinks. The bartender glanced at her, and she asked for a plain beer. She didn't need anything fancy tonight, she was just in Bellevue. Her reputation meant nothing here, where everyone was looked on with a frown anyway. When he brought her the drink, she nodded to him and opened it, downing a good amount of the can in one sip. Now it was time to scout.
No one really stood out at first. There were a few cute girls, but they were with boyfriends, and they weren't remarkable enough for her to try and ruin a relationship for. Most of the guys were either old, ugly or with a girl. She let her eyes continue to wander, taking smaller sips of her beer now, hoping the alcohol would set in tonight. If she was going to have a hookup, she was going to need to be able to wash her brain out completely, like she did at the other bars. She hoped nothing bad would happen tonight, because Bellevue was a small town, and word got around fast. She was surprised no one had guessed at her sexuality yet. Then again, she managed to hide it from her best friend. She finally glanced to the seats around her, and saw a rather attractive guy sitting there. She liked his tattoos. She had always wanted them, but never summoned up the cash she needed to get them. She ran a hand through her blonde hair, giving the guy a smile. She hoped he wasn't taken, and hoped he didn't have a kid. Bellevue, home of teenage parents.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -words » who knows
